Colour-Matched Edge Banding
We edge band the parts we press and cut, so the edge matches the face and the job comes back finished. Colour-matched ABS or laminate edging, applied on our Hebrock edge bander in Plymouth.
What we band
- Laminated plywood on lightweight ply, birch ply or MDF, in any of our 750+ decors
- Parts cut on our CNC, so the banding goes onto clean, square edges
- Your own panels too, up to 50mm thick
- Colour-matched ABS, or laminate edging where it suits the job
Finished edges
A banded edge protects the board and makes the panel look like one piece, ready to fit.
Ready to assemble
Carcasses and doors come back cut and edged, so they go straight together.
Straight and curved edges
Our edge bander does straight edges on boards up to 50mm thick. Curved parts can be done by arrangement, but they take a lot longer, so ask us first.
Lead time
Banding is done inside our normal two weeks. Some colour-matched ABS isn’t a stock item and has its own lead time, so we order it as soon as you confirm.
