Grey is the range we press most. Eighty-eight decors across Formica, Altofina, Geaves and Stylam, from near-white concrete effects through to charcoal, in matte, gloss and stone-effect finishes.
Most of it goes into van conversions and fitted furniture. The concrete and cement effects — Altofina 003, Formica 8094 Cement — are the steady sellers, because they hide marks and don't fight whatever else is in the build. Flat greys like Formica 7927 Folkestone and 7929 Oyster Grey work better where there's already plenty going on.
Every sheet is pressed to order here in Plymouth. You choose the core: 13mm lightweight ply where weight matters, which is what most campervan work uses and what people mean when they ask for "15mm lightweight" — it finishes at about 15mm once both faces are on. Or 15mm eucalyptus, 18mm and 24mm birch, or MDF if it's staying indoors and dry.
Every board comes off the press at 2440 × 1220 finished. We laminate both faces by default — a single-faced panel will bow, and it isn't worth the saving.
Not sure which grey? Order samples. They're free, and a decor is far easier to judge in your hand than on a screen.
Normal turnaround is two weeks from order. Samples go out a good deal quicker than that.
