The saving is real and so is the catch: what you see is what is left. Each decor shows how many sheets remain, and when a decor sells out it is marked sold out rather than quietly disappearing, so you can see what is going. We cannot reorder a clearance decor at the clearance price — once it is gone, the same colour comes back at the standard rate if it comes back at all.
That makes clearance worth checking first if you are flexible on colour, and worth avoiding if you need to match something later or think you may want more sheets in six months. For a one-off build, a set of van units or a job where the exact shade is yours to choose, it is the best value on the site.
