Every sheet we sell is made to order. We laminate your chosen decor onto a plywood or MDF core at our Plymouth workshop when you place your order. We do not hold finished stock.
Laminate colours shown on this website are as accurate as screens allow, but displays vary and a photograph is not a substitute for the real surface. If colour matters to your project, order a sample first. We will not accept colour variation between screen and product as grounds for a refund.
Laminates and boards are natural and manufactured materials. Small variations in shade, texture and thickness between batches are normal and outside our control.
Prices are shown including VAT. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
We check every order before production. If we spot a problem, for example a decor that has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we will contact you before doing anything else, and you can choose an alternative or a full refund.
Because our products are made to order for you, the usual 14 day cancellation right for online purchases does not apply. Instead:

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods, covered in section 5.
Delivery is charged per order and depends on your delivery postcode. The exact cost for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. Samples are delivered free of charge. We cannot currently deliver to some areas, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Aberdeen and the far north of Scotland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands; if checkout does not offer a delivery option for your postcode, please contact us before ordering. Collection from our Plymouth workshop is free by arrangement. Current delivery price bands are listed on our Shipping Information page.
Production and delivery timescales are shown at the time of order and are estimates. We work to them and usually meet them, but they are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for costs arising from a delayed delivery, so please do not book trades on the strength of a delivery estimate.
Sheets are large, heavy items delivered on a pallet to kerbside. Please check your delivery address is accessible to a lorry, and that someone is available to receive and move the goods.
Check your order on arrival. Any transit damage must be noted with the driver and reported to us within 48 hours, with photographs, or we cannot claim against the carrier and may not be able to help.
If a product is faulty or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies and we will repair, replace or refund it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs and your order number and we will put it right.
Faults do not include colour variation from screen images, batch variation within normal manufacturing tolerances, or damage caused after delivery, including damage during cutting, machining or installation by you or your trades.
If you are buying in the course of business, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply, and our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
