Eighteen blacks and near-blacks. Formica 5323 Nocturne and Stylam 142 Black are the straight matte blacks. 6468 Jet Black Gloss is the high-shine one. 8244 Night Forest and 8242 Night Sea are blacks with green and blue in them, which read as black on their own and reveal the colour next to a true black.
The honest advice on black: matte wears far better than gloss. Jet Black Gloss looks superb on the day it goes in and shows every fingerprint, every speck of dust and every fine scratch from then on. In a kitchen or a van — anywhere the panel gets touched — a matte black will still look good in two years when the gloss doesn't. If you want the gloss anyway, put it somewhere that doesn't get handled.
Black is also the decor where the edge shows most. A raw ply edge against a black face is a strong look and a deliberate one; if you don't want it, we can edge band to match.
