Nineteen reds, and they split into two groups. The bright ones — Formica 7845 Spectrum Red, 2824 Blaze Red, 5348 Energy, 1238 Carnaval — are signage and accent colours. The deep ones — 7966 New Burgundy, 0188 Beaujolais, 8239 Henna, 2005 Paprika — behave much more like a neutral and can carry a whole run of doors without shouting.
Almost nobody builds an entire interior in red, and we would generally talk you out of it. Where red earns its place is as one element against something quiet: a single cupboard bank, a drawer front, the inside face of a door so the colour only shows when it's open. That last one is a nice trick and costs no more, since we're laminating both faces anyway.
If you're using red as an accent it is worth ordering it alongside the sample of whatever it will sit next to. Reds are the colour most likely to clash with a timber tone you had already settled on.
