Laminated plywood made to order in Plymouth — hundreds of decors for campervan conversions, furniture, shopfitting and joinery. Free samples, delivery across mainland UK.
A hundred and eighteen wood decors — oak, ash, walnut, teak, wenge and the rest — pressed onto a ply or MDF core, so you get the look of solid timber on a board that stays flat, takes a machine edge and costs a fraction of the real thing.
The range runs from pale and quiet — Formica 8843 Natural Ash, 8841 White Ash, 8839 Ashen Ribbonwood — through to the dark end in 8851 Classic Wenge and 8848 Blackened Legno. The oaks sit in the middle and are what most people come for.
One thing worth settling before we press: which way the grain runs. On a plain colour it makes no difference. On a wood decor it makes all the difference, and a door front with the grain running the wrong way is obvious across a room. It matters even more if the parts are going on the CNC afterwards, because once the sheet is pressed the direction is fixed. Tell us at order stage and we'll set the sheets accordingly.
Wood decors also want an edge treatment. We can edge band to match, or leave a clean birch edge exposed if that's the look you're after — a lot of van builders prefer the birch line.
Normal turnaround is two weeks from order, so settle the grain direction when you place it rather than after.
